“ I stopped by on a trip to Izumo. I ordered after the staff recommended some things. The sashimi platter was thick, and the yellowtail sashimi in particular was superb. The overnight dried and grilled Nodoguro seaperch, Tottori Sand Dunes pickled radish, Okuizumo Maitake mushroom tempura, deep-fried tofu, and Jurokushima special rock seaweed rice balls were all fresh and delicious. The pairing with the sake, Fuyushu Yukigumo, which is also recommended, was sweet and rich, making for a wonderful experience. ”
